There have been a few times when I felt one of my sites were not loading as fast as they should be. Wix was notified and soon the problem was fixed and wasn’t an issue again. Anytime when dealing with Flash you are going to run into some people not being able to see your website. It’s a choice you have to make and I say it’s worth taking the chance. Most people who would come to your site probably visit YouTube or some other flash based site. If not, a message will appear telling them to download the latest version of Flash.
Overall I would say knowing its limitations going in, Wix delivers on its promise of making Flash-based websites simple to create.
There are several different ways to make the most of the Wix experience. Once you have created your free account you can design your site (You can also design email/widgets as well). There are several different options for payment.
