These
are the original rollerskate dolly plans that Chuck Skinner
published a few years back. They are a little more specific
on sizes and what not due to the fact that rollerskate and
skateboard wheels tend to come in a fairly common size.
They are not as nice looking as his new roller blade plans,
but they are a little easier to differentiate because they
are in a plan view.
