Once you get the hang of it, you can take advantage of a host of options. Every other morphing product I have used in the past only allowed you to morph between two still images. Being able to morph between two moving videos opens up a whole new world of opportunity, and gets you thinking about effects that you may have written off in the past as being solely the turf of big budget films.
Once you render your first morph (which does take a while) you can start to find ways to make it more fluid by changing your mask shapes. And while two masks are certainly efficient, you can have multiple masks to make sure each detail is morphed as you like it. You just need to make sure you have an even number, or your last mask won't do anything. RE:Flex uses the odd numbered masks as the "From" mask, and the even numbered masks as the "To" mask.
