CrazyTalk Animator3 is a 2D animation package from the very capable company, Reallusion. Known for their outstanding iClone and Character Creator software for the 3D environs, (also useful for 3D storyboarding or outright rendering to video), Reallusion has upgraded their 2D animation offering with Animator3.

What you’re getting is several tools geared around the overall look and color of your footage - many of which I have come to consider indispensable, including Film and Cosmo.
BetterStabilizer (Software Review)
For editors on a budget or video enthusiasts, BetterStabilizer, a Mac-Exclusive plug-in for Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro, fills a unique niche in motion stabilization. The target market is specifically self producers that don’t have steady cam gimbals or mounts for their cameras.
7″ Blackmagic Video Assist 4k (Equipment Review)
The Blackmagic Video Assist 4K will get you many of the pro options at a lower price than others, and gives you the added option of recording video and audio. In my search, I haven’t found a better monitor below this price point, so it’s a solid starter option for microfilmmakers who want to create decent images without shelling out more than $1000.
